How should I prepare for this event?

Please refrain from eating a large meal within 2 hours of the event. The breathing practice has profound physiologic effects that may be disrupted by having a full stomach. Arrive with an empty vessel, an open heart, and intentional attitude.

Water, comfortable clothing, and your favorite cushion. Bring a journal if you wish to record your insights, thoughts, or reflections.

Will there be cold immersion at this event?

NO. We will only be enacting the breathing and mindset portions of the Wim Hof Method.
