Men's Retreat - Living with Purpose

As men, we receive endless messages telling us who and what to be - the provider for our families, good at sports, to have a successful career, get a bigger house, have an amazing body... it can be exhausting!

We have been taught to constantly strive for more, to always improve for the sake of ‘progress’, with no real thought for what we truly want.

This weekend has been designed to give you the time and space to explore the challenges you’re facing. Giving you the skills and tools to find your way forward, amongst like-minded men.

Who is this retreat for?

We’ll be exploring who and where we are in life right now, and where we want to be moving forward.

Who are we?

Our team is made up of Counsellors, Executive Coaches, Therapists and Teachers who have curated a weekend of health, wellbeing and self-exploration. As a team, we have come together to support other me in spaces of brotherhood and mature masculinity.
