Jen has served the Rochester, New York community in many capacities over the last quarter century--first as a classroom teacher for fifteen years, then a yoga teacher and clinical counselor and now, as an integrative holistic therapist and metaphysical intuitive. Jen is skilled in facilitating the group experience, having studied and applied Relational Cultural Theory (RCT) in depth and successfully worked with many families, couples indiciduals and groups to identify points of tension and disconnection in relationships while assisting them in promoting mutuality between and amongst parties. Jen is gifted in the art of holding space and is adept at facilitating the development and refinement of communication skills as well as boundary development and maintenance skills that can be used to cultivate and sustain healthy relationships with others while promoting a deeper connection to Self. Jen is well-versed in the neuroscience and physiology that make the relaxation, soothing and grounding strategies she has to offer effective and easy to access.
