The Temple

Join us for a supportive and open evening. We'll explore the unique challenges men face, from societal stigmas to the pressures of identity and masculinity. This is a safe space for men to express vulnerability and hold compassion for one another. This is a chance to be in an emotionally supportive community with other men and to share your experiences openly.We look forward to connecting with you. In person + remote option availableGuidelines<ul><li>This is a space for us to listen and relate to each other’s experiences. Do not “fix” or judge somebody else’s problems unless it’s asked for.</li><li>Speak from your perspective and use “I” statements as often as possible (ex., “I felt disappointed when they did x” vs “they did x to me and that disappointed me”)</li><li>Be mindful of how much time you’re taking up. Share vulnerably and allow time for others to do the same.</li><li>Understand that we, as men, still have a lot of privileges. Do not initiate or engage in dialogues that harm people with marginalized identities (ex., “all women are x”, “this queer person did x to me”).</li></ul>Suggested donation: $20–$40
