Men's Group
Join us for a discussion on psychedelics, sovereignty and discipline
Join us for a supportive and open conversation. We'll explore the unique challenges men face, from societal stigmas to the pressures of identity and masculinity. This is a safe space for men to express vulnerability and hold compassion for one another. This is a chance to be in an emotionally supportive community with other men and to share your experiences openly.
We look forward to connecting with you.
In person + remote option available
Guidelines
- This is a space for us to listen and relate to each other’s experiences. Do not “fix” or judge somebody else’s problems unless it’s asked for.
- Speak from your perspective and use “I” statements as often as possible (ex., “I felt disappointed when they did x” vs “they did x to me and that disappointed me”)
- Be mindful of how much time you’re taking up. Share vulnerably and allow time for others to do the same.
- Understand that we, as men, still have a lot of privileges. Do not initiate or engage in dialogues that harm people with marginalized identities (ex., “all women are x”, “this queer person did x to me”).
Suggested donation: $20–$40
