This Menopause & Perimenopause workshop with Dr. Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT of Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy breaks down the real hormonal and physical changes happening in your body—especially those “TMI” pelvic floor, bladder, and intimacy symptoms that are common, treatable, and too often ignored. You’ll get clear, evidence-based guidance on HRT, GSM, bone and bladder health, plus practical pelvic floor strategies you can use right away, with plenty of time for open Q&A.

Jalene Salus of Mindful Child and Family Therapy will present on psychological wellbeing during midlife including health and wellness practices, relational wellbeing and nutrition for women for this season. If time allows: She is open to facilitate a Somatic IFS - Midlife Emergence Experiential activity.

This FREE workshop is such a wonderful way for women to feel a collective haven of care- with tools, resources and community sharing, all in one place!*Mindful Child and Family Therapy is delighted to provide a nutritious, delicious soup and salad for Dinner! Dr. Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT is the founder of Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy, a leading women’s health practice in the San Francisco Bay Area with three thriving locations. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and brings over 15 years of experience as a thought leader and pioneer in pelvic health, known for her whole-body, compassionate approach to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, menopause, and sexual wellness.

She serves as a Clinical Advisor to Hot Pause Health, partners with Stanford Health and Blossom Birth and Family to expand access to pelvic care, and serve on the Board of the Banyan Tree Women’s Collective, a philanthropic organization supporting women’s health and empowerment.

Jalene is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist as well as a Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Counselor. She is a seasoned psychotherapist with an integrative health practice; in which she offers individual, couple, and family psychotherapy as well as health and nutrition coaching. Her specializations include supporting those experiencing anxiety, trauma, complex trauma, depression, grief/loss, chronic health issues, chronic pain, life transitions/thresholds of change, aging, navigating life direction, relationships and communication. Couples, parenting anxious children, motherhood. She leads workshops and retreats on integrative health topics, provides wellness consulting, and facilitates experiential group programs. She specializes in offering IFS & Somatic IFS practices as well as leading ritual/ceremony for thresholds of change.
