Menopause Cafe Royston is an opportunity to relax and talk about menopause in a safe environment with no preset agenda. It is free and open to everyone regardless of age and gender. There are no sales or promotions and there is no intention of leading participants to any conclusion, product or course of action.

Menopause Cafes are aimed at breaking down the taboo around menopause, increasing awareness of the impact of the menopause on those experiencing it, their family, friends and their colleagues, and reflecting on the ‘third stage of life’.
