Of all the things you can do to create a more ethical wardrobe, wearing the clothing you already have is one of the best! When those favorite jeans start wearing thin or that cozy sweater gets snagged, mending your clothing is the eco-friendly way to keep those items in your wardrobe and out of the landfill. At our Mending Circle, a team of mending experts can teach you to mend all kinds of garments:<ul><li>Needle felting to repair wool sweaters</li><li>Embroidery to cover stains and holes</li><li>Boro stitching to reinforce threadbare denim</li><li>Darning to repair socks and knits</li></ul>In addition to one-on-one assistance from mending experts, we also have mending and sewing books available for purchase and basic sewing supplies available to you for free.Join the Mending Revolution!
