Mending Broken Ties will be a wide-ranging exploration of current, compelling adoption and foster care issues. Our speakers are internationally recognized authorities and regional experts. They represent a variety of relevant perspectives.

The non-profit Louisiana Adoption Advisory Board (LAAB) presents the conference. LAAB's mission is to advocate for all members of the adoption community. We bring together adoptees, birthparents, adoptive parents and adoption professionals to seek common understanding.
