About

I'm Bevan - a Yoga teacher and aspiring psychotherapist based Sydney. My journey is guided by a passion for helping others cultivate awareness and embark on transformative paths towards becoming their authentic selves.

As a yoga teacher, I create spaces of tranquillity and growth, guiding students through mindful movements and breathwork to nurture both body and spirit. Beyond the physical practice, my classes are infused with the intention of fostering inner awareness and self-discovery.

In parallel, I'm pursuing a master's degree in psychotherapy, driven by a deep-seated belief in the power of understanding and healing the human mind. My studies are not just academic; they're a heartfelt quest to unravel the complexities of the psyche and empower individuals to enact profound and lasting change in their lives.

My ultimate aim is to bring awareness to people's lives, sparking a journey of transformation that allows them to step into their truest selves. I envision a world where everyone is empowered to make choices aligned with their deepest values and aspirations, leading to greater fulfilment and authenticity.

Join me on this journey of self-discovery and growth. Let's cultivate the awareness and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges and become the person we've always wanted to be.
