Memorial Wind-Chime Workshop

Connect with your loved one, and the world around you, in this creative arts memorial workshop. Participants will be led through the process of creating a one-of-a-kind wind chime made with found objects, and personal mementos. Have a special vacation trip in mind that drew you close to your person? Bring sea shells or sea glass to incorporate. Want to remember your person through their likes and hobbies? Small tools or jewelry pieces will fit beautifully into your signature piece. Once finished, your memorial wind chime will add sweet memories to any room or garden.
With support from a grief counselor, attendees will have time to process memories, and share the story of their special person by sharing their meaningful objects with the group.
Instructions and materials will be provided. All ages and abilities welcome!
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, this workshop is provided free of charge. Pre-registration is required. Participants have the option to attend this workshop virtually via Zoom, or in person. Extra safety measures and precautions will be made for those attending in person.
