This special, engaging day starting at 12:00 PM will take place at the Pritzker Military Museum &amp; Library, an award-winning architectural gem located in the heart of America.<ul><li>There is no cost to attend.</li><li>Date: May 24th</li><li>Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM</li></ul> <h3>Program</h3>Below is just a sample of the programming that will be offered from 12:00 PM through 4:00 PM:<ul><li>Wreath-Laying Ceremony</li><li>Gold Star Memorial Monument</li><li>Special remarks honoring our service members</li><li>Memorial Day/service-inspired tour of the current exhibits and adult programming</li><li>Veteran-specific programming, including a virtual talk by Rich Sherman, author of<a href="https://www.neverhomeheroes.com/index" title="https://www.neverhomeheroes.com/index" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Never Home: Remembering the Military Heroes Who Never Returned</a></li><li>Children’s crafts</li><li>Food truck (can be purchased snacks/meals)</li></ul>
