San Diego County Gun Owners (SDCGO) has developed a strong, permanent infrastructure, that focuses on changing the face of gun ownership by getting volunteers involved in local level activism and outreach. SDCGO consist of San Diego’s shooting enthusiasts, firearms dealers, and elected officials who are highly focused and involved in four ways:1. Second Amendment advocacy at the county and municipal level2. Gun community organizing3. Fundraising4. Working with the San Diego gun industry to do items 1, 2, and 3.Founded in 2015, SDCGO was formed due to the aggressive and successful effort to significantly limit or eliminate the ownership and use of firearms and the firearms industry in California at the municipal, county, and state level through legislation and regulation. SDCGO is the local level Second Amendment volunteer organization with a leadership hierarchy that influences media, politics, and public opinion in San Diego County using permanent infrastructure.SDCGO provides a calendar of activist events and recreational shooting events through a monthly email and the opportunity to get together with a variety of other activists at our monthly organizational meeting. Our members are active in their neighborhood community and joined SDCGO to leverage their efforts together as an influential, effective Second Amendment rights organization. We get involved and stay involved!

San Diego County Gun Owners

Please join us for our Second Annual Members Only BBQ, to be held at a private range in Escondido! We will have food, a shooting area, and lots of good company! This is a family friendly event, but parents are responsible for their children at all times.
This event is open to San Diego County Gun Owners members only and their guests. Registering party MUST be a member.
