About this event

This melt and pour soap class involves learning how to make handmade soap using pre-made soap bases that you melt, customize with colors, scents, and additives, and then pour into molds to create unique soap bars. In the class, you will learn about different soap base options, essential oils or fragrance oils, natural additives like herbs or exfoliants, as well as techniques for layering, swirling, and embedding designs into your soap creations. The class is hands-on, allowing you to create your own customized soap bars to take home. Additionally, this class cover safety precautions, proper melting and pouring techniques, and tips for packaging and storing your finished soaps. It’s a fun and creative way to learn the basics of soap making without the complexity of traditional cold process soap making.
