What rights does a landlord have? What happens when a rental dispute goes to VCAT? Can tenants get out of rent increases?

Join Raf Epstein at ABC Radio Melbourne for a Q&A session for tenants and landlords as part of Law Week, in collaboration with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Victoria is in the midst of a housing crisis, with the number of available rental homes at a record low, while rents are rising.

In this panel discussion, ABC Radio Melbourne’s Mornings presenter Raf Epstein will ask experts to answer your questions about renting, with Lindsay Warren from the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), representatives from Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) and Tenants Victoria, as well as ABC Melbourne’s talkback lawyer David Whiting.

Register for your chance to be there to ask a question of the panel at this special Law Week Event.
