The C Word: Comfort, Caftans, Casseroles, you name it...
We have a fun and casual schedule of things to do each day.
Lots of crafting time, downtime, adventure time, and on your own self-exploration time, etc.
The event ticket includes:
- Welcome bag with rockin' swag
- Breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday served at the HQ house!
- Entrance & Ride on the Punk Rock BUS to Balmorhea State Park with a banging breakfast picnic and glorious snacks provided while we swim!
- This year we are doing a catered family meal on Friday night. Catered by Convenience West - which is the best BBQ on the planet - though we are totally biased. We are also providing dinner Mains with themes for you to fill in the sides and extras.

This year we are creating community-style dinners in the kitchen of HQ where the main casserole is provided & community fills in the sides & THE new tradition of a Family Dinner Friday night catered by Convenience West! A ride and your ticket to Balmorhea State Park is provided, too!
We do not provide your ride out to Marfa and/or a place to sleep is not provided unless you grab one of the beds in the HQ house (add-on fee). We do a shout out before the event to see if we can pair up any folks for carpooling coordination...cuz it's always better together.

Frequently asked questions
No. We may have a few beds in the HQ open (add on fee to ticket purchase). We suggest booking a room from the three local hotels or hit up Air BNB. We love us some El Cosmico - but it is probably too hot to stay there. Rooms book up quickly, so book a room ASAP.
Well, we do like a vaxed person, but this year we decided for everyone to just test a day before camp to make sure we are good no matter what your status is.
Yes, 18 years or older.
That's all up to you. You can fly to El Paso and rent a car. You can drive or carpool with your friends from anywhere you decide. Parking depends on your housing - you rent it, you park it. We will start connecting with who rides with whom some weeks before event. There is plenty of parking at HQ
Bring your own food, hoops, swim gear, etc. We have a pretty comprehensive list on the website. NO ALCOHOL at this event. If you need to drink, this is probably not your event.
No refunds. The money from your ticket secures your ticket to the party and gives us a food/event budget. We will make calculations using these tickets. Once we set it, we can't undo it. We use this money in its entirety to honor our promises.
Well, each ticket helps pay for the HQ house. Without a large enough main house to gather we can't pull this off. So we rent a big house, and the sleepers kick in as well as part of the ticket money. We need a place to gather.
Breakfast every day, and Friday night Family Dinner. We provide the main meal on Wed & Thurs night with sides from YOU. Friday night Family Dinner (catered by Convenience West BBQ). Breakfast is gluten-free and full of nutritious goodness. Need more deets - contact us or check the website.
No way. Choose your own adventure. The schedule is there to keep us engaged in activities that make our hearts sing. Need something differently, just let us know so we don't wait for you but other than that, we encourage you to do you.
