This sound experience is themed around meeting your higher self.
Allow yourself to experience the vibrational frequencies of the gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes to create a fantastical sound journey that will draw you inward on your own deepening consciousness.
We will guide you through a meditation to meet your higher self! This is the ultimate self-actualized version of yourself that can also be considered your elder, wisest self.
This calming meditation will anchor your physical body as you rest into the sound experience and release all the stressors of the week.
You will leave this hour long workshop feeling deeply connected to yourself, and the ancient wisdom you innately hold within. This workshop is great for solo adventurers, couples, best friends, and family members seeking to heal and expand together.
Doors will open 10 minutes prior, and the sound journey will begin promptly at 7:30 PM. You are welcome to dress comfortably, and bring an eye mask, yoga mat, blanket, and anything to make you feel comfortable for this experience.
