Meet the Managers 2019

Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. For more than 30 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them. Our members include community association volunteer leaders, professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.

<P>Join us for this <EM><STRONG>Members-Only</STRONG> <STRONG>Event</STRONG></EM>. Seating is limited to 50 business partners (with only two representatives per business). One of the greatest benefits of belonging to the Central Florida Chapter of CAI is our talented business partners and access to its many managers. As CAI Members, the business partners understand the challenges that managers face in meeting with their boards. For a business partner, a successful partnership with a manager or management company can grow their business exponentially.</P>
<P>This year we will be doing first come, first serve sign in at the event. Business partners will be divided into two rounds. Once the first round is complete, we ask the first set of business partners to exit the manager area and go to the bar or outside to keep the noise level to a minimum as the the second set of business partners begin their round. Please, no cutting in line. Each business partner will have 3 minutes to "Meet the Managers," then rotate to the right when the monitor sounds the bell.</P>
<P>The business partners that participate will also have the opportunity to put your company logo and contact names in the publication to the managers. You will need to provide a high resolution logo file for the publication. Please send your file and information to the Executive Director, Reini Marsh, at <A HREF="mailto:exdir@caicf.org" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">exdir@caicf.org</A> by <SPAN><STRONG>July 1st</STRONG></SPAN>.</P>
<P><SPAN><STRONG>SEATING IS LIMITED!</STRONG></SPAN></P>
<P><STRONG>Management Companies are FREE and may bring two representatives (please list both reps under your registration) AND you will receive a $50 gift card for participating!</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG>Business Partners are $275 <STRONG>and may bring two representatives (please list both reps under your registration)</STRONG>. Registration includes two drink tickets.</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><SPAN>This is a 3-hour event and we request that Management Companies man their table for the entire event. If a shift change is needed, please make arrangements to have the table staffed the entire time. This will ensure that both rounds of business partners are treated fairly.</SPAN></STRONG></P>
<P><EM><STRONG>   **Two small businesses that would like to share their registration and time at the event may do so. One representative per business and you will rotate through the managers together sharing the 3 minute time slot.</STRONG></EM></P>

I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product.</SPAN></EM></P>
