How do I register for the event?

To register, please visit the Eventbrite page for the event and complete the required information.

Question 2

Will I receive an email confirmation after registering?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email confirmation with a ticket after successful registration and you will use this to check-in. Only Eventbrite tickets registered to the individual on the ticket will be accepted. Please do not purchase or accept tickets from other parties.

Question 3

When does the event start?

Accepted Answer

Check-in begins at 11:00 AM and doors open at 12:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 1:00 PM. Entry will not be guaranteed if you arrive after 1:30 PM.

Question 4

Will eaJ be signing autographs?

Accepted Answer

There will be no official autographs or autograph sessions. You will be able to take pictures with the eaJ in groups of 4 or less.

Question 5

I’m I allowed to take my own photos?

Accepted Answer

Guests are welcome to capture their experience during the events, but please be mindful of other guest’s privacy. Samsung will be capturing images of all guests with eaJ and will distribute these images after the event.

Is the Galaxy Experience Space Accessible?

Yes! The Galaxy Experience Space is wheelchair accessible.
