Masaaki Sugimoto, Co-Founder & Board Director, Elephantech Inc

Co-founded Elephantech Inc., formerly known as AgIC Inc. in 2014. Appointed as a Director in 2014. He holds a Master of Science degree from the Graduate School of Science, University of Tokyo.


Iris Anson, Co-Founder & CEO, Etiq AI

Iris Anson is the CEO and co-founder of Etiq AI. Prior to Etiq, she worked in the financial services industry for a few years, then spent five years building and growing her first tech start-up. During her startup journey, she has raised multi-million USD funding and sold to large international corporate clients, withstanding all the ups and downs of a startup environment. She will be happy to share her experiences so far.


Nathan Caughel, Sales VP, Soundskrit

Nathan Caughel is the VP of Sales for Soundskrit, a Canadian MEMS microphone startup offering embedded audio solutions. As a global business executive, Nathan has over 15 years of experience introducing new and innovative technologies to a range of industries. He has specific expertise related to initiating sales pipeline growth during the startup phase, having helped multiple semiconductor startups develop an international sales strategy.


Gary Tsai, Strategic Account Manager, Soundskrit

Gary Tsai is the Strategic Account Manager for the Taiwan market at Soundskrit, a Canadian startup specializing in MEMS microphones and embedded audio solutions. With over 12 years of experience in acoustic ODM/OEM products, he provides comprehensive product introductions, new acoustic technologies, and optimizes the entire project development process for renowned global brands.
