Prepare for an unforgettable experience at our second nationwide event, MedVenture Camp 2024! Following the resounding success and raving reviews from last year's event, we are gearing up to make this year's camp an even more epic and transformative gathering for the traveling healthcare ecosystem.
MedVenture App, the first social and community mobile app designed to unite and empower all traveling healthcare professionals, is committed to creating a space centered around healing, mental-health wellbeing, and personal growth. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Pennsylvania, just two hours away from the bustling city of New York, MedVenture Camp offers the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and thrive.
The theme this year is Courage - courage to start a new chapter, courage to get out of our comfort zones, courage to try something that scares us, courage to live out our dream lives, courage to wholeheartedly love ourselves and one another.
With over 19,000 app users and a 5-star rating from last year's campers, the anticipation for MedVenture Camp 2024 is soaring.
By limiting camper tickets to a maximum of 250 travelers, we ensure that each camper experiences an intimate and empowering environment. This exclusivity fosters stronger and more personal connections among attendees and sponsors, setting the stage for genuine and meaningful interactions.
As a sponsor, you have a unique opportunity to be part of this extraordinary event. Beyond the pleasure of sponsoring, you'll engage with the campers on a personal level through workshops, educational seminars (such as recruiter panel Q&A sessions), fun outdoor activities, themed nights, and vendor booths.
Choose from our three main sponsorship levels, each with limited availability. With your sponsorship, you will receive MedVenture Camp vendor tickets, which include access to all activities, accomodations, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and campfire s'mores), and an open bar in the evenings. Your accommodations in our cozy cabins will put you right in the heart of the action alongside the campers. For added privacy and exclusivity, consider upgrading to private cabins for an added fee.
To show extra love to the travelers, explore the available add-ons for all sponsorship packages. You can help to support engaging activities like reiki & sound bowl healing, karaoke night, fireworks show, DJ/band performances, yoga sessions, and much more!
Not only will you be part of an incredible event, but a portion of the sponsorship proceeds will also support MedVenture App's Dominican Republic medical volunteer trip, "Stronger Together," in collaboration with Travel Nurse Takeover and The 4North Project. Together, we aim to make a positive impact and give back to communities in need.

Frequently asked questions
Each level of sponsorship offers different perks. All sponsorship levels comes with at least 1 all-inclusive camp ticket that includes accommodations, food/drinks, and activities for the entire weekend.
Yes, in all sponsorship levels, roundtrip transportation is included. There will be coach buses/vans for all MedVenture Camp attendees to & from EWR - Newark Liberty International Airport.

The sponsorship hall times are during meal times, when there is the most traffic at The Lodge, where meals and the sponsorship hall is. Campers can visit your table to learn more about your company and get that quality face-to-face experience.
All breakfast, lunch, dinners, snacks, and campfires s’mores are included with the event. Vegetarian and Vegan are available as well. Last year's attendees raved about the food quality and variety!
