Mediterranean Tapas

We started Schola as a place where people could come together, put on an apron and learn about where food comes from and how to cook it. All of our classes are designed to intrigue the beginner as well as the seasoned veteran in the kitchen.

We will be cooking several dishes from around the Mediterranean:-Dips/Spreads: Garlic Hommus, Mahoummara, Tzaziki &amp; Handmade Pita-Falafel, Spanakopita &amp; Tabbouleh-Grilled Octopus Salad-Lamb Meatballs-DESSERT: Chocolate Baklava Bites to finish!
