Ritu is an artist, humanitarian and holistic wellness coach. She is passionate about sharing easy to use techniques based on ancient spiritual principles that can be applied immediately to transform your life.
Ritu embarked on a holistic journey while curing herself of fibromyalgia in a span of three months. 
Driven by the urge to help others, she wants to empower people with personal development skills for greater health & well-being, a deeper spiritual connection and living a practical & fulfilling life. 
Through a series of workshops, she can help you find perfect balance within your body mind and spirit with a holistic approach consists of meditation and energy healing.
This holistic approach is not a substitute for medicine but a helping aid with no side effects.
