• Basic breath, seating and posture standards
• Sitting, standing and walking meditation
• Guided visualization
• Breathwork exercise

• Workshop survey
This workshop cultivates love, wisdom and unity among attendees. Respect for attendees and the venue is of utmost important. Anyone who does not demonstrate respect at the highest level will be asked to leave and will not be given a refund. No refunds or exchanges available. First come first serve. Seating is limited.
