Meditation Workshop: Exploring the Mind

Greg is a Buddhist teacher and meditation instructor. He presents a rationale and practical approach to training the mind and developing a personal practice. Since 2006, he has been leading meditation groups, retreats and teaching classes in a variety of settings throughout the United States. He is committed to supporting and inspiring other practitioners who have dedicated their lives to being more deeply present in the world and are passionate about contributing to our world in the form of compassion, generosity and kindness. Greg currently makes his home in Seattle with his wife and daughter.

Join us for a weekend workshop on the practice of vipashyana or insight. Learn how to meditate, ask questions, engage in dialogue with other practitioners. Learn the foundational practices for exploring the inner landscape of your mind, recognizing your own true nature, and setting yourself on a journey of self-discovery and awakening.
No prior meditation experience necessary, all students welcome.
