Do I need to bring anything?

Feel free to bring anything to help you be as comfortable as possible. Blankets, cushions, yoga mat. Please note, your body temperature drops during a meditation, so make sure you have anything to keep you warm and cosy!

What if I haven't meditated before?

Accepted Answer

That is absolutely fine! This is a fantastic opportunity to come and try meditation. The session is led by Megan who will explain how it works at the beginning, and will walk you through the whole meditation. All you need to do it sit back and relax!

What if I have physical disabilities?

Accepted Answer

We will support any disabilities in any way we can. Most people prefer to meditate lying down, however if you would rather be seated, this can be accommodated. If you need any adjustments, it would be helpful to contact Megan beforehand to make your experience positive and comfortable.
