Meditation & Reflection: Overcoming Attachment & Addiction with Buddhism

In April, we hosted more than 30 newcomers! This Sunday, come join us at Rissho Kosei-kai Buddhist Center of Los Angeles for a special event focused on how Buddhism can aid in the overcoming attachment and recovery from addiction. Discover the peaceful teachings and practices that can support you on your journey to understanding pain and discovering inner-peace.

The event starts with a Buddhist chanting meditation, dharma talk on the topic, sound bath meditation, and a reflective discussion.

Whether you're seeking solace, guidance, or simply curious about Buddhism's role in recovery, this event is for you. Let's come together and explore the transformative power of mindfulness and compassion.

After the session, $5 lunch is available (vegitarian and non-vegitarian meals including Japanese rice ball "onigiri" and matcha latte.)

See you there! If you have any questions, you can write to info@rklabuddhistcenter.com

Our Buddhist center also offers a weekly AA meeting on Tuesday 7-8pm.

*The event is free. Donation is appreciated while not required.
