MEDITATION MONDAYS - EVERY WEEK 6:30PM

A night for YOU. Unwind. Breathe. Connect to the Peace Within.

All belief systems, all ages, all genders, ALL ARE WELCOME.

NO MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

We are casual and welcoming, sit on comfy chairs. You are welcome to bring a mat or cushion if that is what you prefer.

Benefits of Meditation:

• Eases anxiety and old patterned fears
• Helps heal grief, and emotional/mental/physical issues
• Helps you navigate life with new perspective
• Supports overall well-being

Meditation is often easier when joining with others.
