About this event

Mindfulness is one of the most powerful tools for changing your experience of life that is both time-tested and backed by science.

Have you been wanting to meditate but find it difficult to commit to your practice? Us too! We created this space for accountability and community around a regular mindfulness practice.

Meditation is a practice that involves various techiniques for becoming aware of your own mind. There are many ways to meditate, but all of them lead you to developing and practicing mindfulness.

One session may not feel like much, but research shows that - over time - those who meditate experience changes to their brains in the areas that control senses, the ability to think and concentrate, and the ability to process emotions.


This space is for you if you:

  • Feel regular stress or mental clutter
  • Want to improve concentration and focus
  • Seek improved emotional regulation and decision making
  • Would like support in maintaining a regular meditation practice
  • Want to support your body with improved sleep, blood pressure, and heart health


A few more details:

  • This space offers 25 minutes of unguided meditation time
  • You are encouraged to bring your own practice; whatever type of meditation you prefer or are exploring is welcome here
  • All experience levels are welcome
  • If you prefer a guided meditation or something with noise, we ask that you wear headphones or put yourself on mute to maintain quiet for others practicing
  • The space is hosted by a Pilea coach
  • You may join us as often as you can to support a regular mindfulness practice
  • Pay what feels right, or claim a free ticket if you're new to the community or have financial constraints
