Join us at Empathic Practice, beginning Wednesday, September 27, at 6:00 PM, for our new weekly drop-in meditation group. Led by local meditator Stephen Mack, the weekly meet-ups take a practical approach to mindfulness and demystify the practice of meditation.

Cultivating mindfulness is a practical tool anyone can use to enrich their lives, regardless of religious or cultural background. This weekly meet-up allows participants to explore and practice various mindfulness techniques to cultivate greater awareness, reduce stress, and enhance well-being.

Each week will include a guided meditation, talk, and discussion. Whether you are new to meditation or an advanced practitioner, we invite you to join this class.

About the Instructor

Stephen has been practicing meditation for eleven years and came to the practice because he wanted to reduce stress in his daily life. His practice began in weekly drop-in meditation groups and expanded through participating in several mindfulness-based courses, practicing at home, and attending meditation retreats. He’s experienced first-hand the transformational power of living more mindfully and enjoys teaching mindfulness techniques to others.

About the Meet-Up

The group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 6 PM. There is no cost to participate. Each meet-up will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
