No experience required or necessary. This event is for ALL levels. All we ask is that you come with an open heart and mind.

Please wear comfortable clothes & bring a yoga mat.

You may also like to bring anything that will make you feel cozy & supported, such as water, eye/sleep mask, journal, pillow, &/or blanket. None of these listed props are required; they are optional (& recommended) tools for you to find support.

The start time for Renew & Refresh is 6:30 PM. To allow time for attendees to arrive and settle in, the session will begin promptly at 6:45 PM.

Renew & Refresh is being hosted from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The actual session will begin promptly at 6:45 and last about 90 minutes. During this 90 minute frame, we will journey through gentle yoga, rejuvenating breath work, & mindful meditation.

Carli Michelle is an attorney turned Founder of Meditation Circle. Her journey with meditation began in law school and continued through her career as a lawyer. As an attorney, she was suffering from burnout & high stress. She left law to prioritize her own self-care and help others do the same.
