This is a complimentary and inclusive one-hour Mindfulness and meditation support group that offers a welcoming environment for individuals to explore the benefits of this powerful practice. Practicing mindfulness in a group setting can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while promoting overall well-being. People of all genders, ages, and backgrounds are encouraged to join and foster a sense of community and support. The group is led by Sarah Ayoub. Let us come together and support one another as we embark on this journey.
