Yoga Peace Kulais a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) that believes the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga and mindfulness are available to all, regardless of financial circumstances, gender, age, backgrounds, challenges and talents.As a non-profit yoga studio, we raise funds and receive donations, that enable us to provide scholarships for student in need to take classes and trainings.One of our primary community outreach programs is mindfulness in the Schools. Our team of mindfulness educators has well over 50 combined years of experience in NJ public schools. They are NJ certified teachers & school counselors, as well as leading mindfulness educators that have developed mindfulness curriculum and lead Professional Development in schools and at national conferencesWe are proud to offer yoga and mindfulness classes led by the finest certified and exceptionally trained instructors in Monmouth County.

<h1>MEDITATION 101 Workshop: The Basics to Keeping Your Peace</h1>November 15, 7-9:30pmIs your mind constantly wandering?Do you find your self overwhelmed at times or have difficulty getting centered?Join Rodney Salomon as he guides you through an experiential journey within by teaching you how to GROUND YOURSELF in any situation using Stillness, Breath, &amp; Self-Awareness.This transformative workshop will provide a blueprint on how to:Better manage your emotions, anxiety &amp; stressStrengthen your focus &amp; concentrationConnect to your higher self via guided meditation* Open to beginners, as well as, experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice and strengthen their understanding.* Chairs, pillows, and cushions will be provided to first come first served, however, feel free to bring your own.Duration: 2.5 hrs*drop-ins are cash only
