This walk is led by Dr. Anna Sitkoff, ND. Dr. Anna is a naturopathic doctor at Bear Root Apothecary located in Port Townsend, WA. She has spent 10 years studying the plants and mushrooms of this area and she utilizes many of them regularly in her medical practice. On this walk you will not only learn how to identify medicinal mushrooms and plants, but you will also leave this class with a basic understanding of how to use them as food and medicine.
