COST: $275 per participant. Agency/individual will receive invoice upon reservation. See FAQs for billing procedure and refund/credit policy. Discount is offered for agencies sending 2 or more participants.

MAT (32-hour course) is offered for individuals working in the human services field providing direct care or supervision of direct care staff who are required to administer medication. Trainees will receive certification consistent with Virginia DBHDS and Virginia DMAS regulations. This training is instructed by a Registered Nurse.

What is the billing process?

Upon registration, an invoice will be generated and emailed to the participant's employer. Participant should register with the email to which invoice will be sent. Payment shall be remitted directly to HopeTree Family Services Business Office, PO Box 849, Salem, VA 24153, upon receipt of invoice.

Am I eligible for a credit or refund?

Account credit will be awarded in the event a student is unable to attend, has already paid registration, and is able to transfer to an upcoming course. Refunds will be provided if the class is cancelled by HTFS or participant provides one week notice prior to class date.
