Honeybees and their keepers face an overwhelming amount of challenges in todays environment. We aim to protect and grow honeybee populations while educating the community on the value of keeping honeybees using sustainable practices, but we cannot achieve our goals alone. Buddha Bee Apiary

Buddha Bee Apiary and Honey Girl Meadery have come together to add some honey &amp; spice to a typical Wine &amp; Design class… 
Mead &amp; Beesign will be similar to Wine &amp; Design, but with a honeybee hive as your canvas, and mead instead of wine. The class price will cover painting materials, a jar of honey, honey-inspired baked goods and 1 glass of mead. Instead of keeping your painting creation, it will be featured in the backyard of one of Buddha Bee’s Host-a-Hive members. We will also have a local Durham artist (who will be announced one week from the event) leading the class. Please RSVP because space is limited!
