As children grow, the people they spend time with can have a powerful influence on how they think, make decisions, and see themselves.
Me, Myself & Why is a FREE, interactive workshop for students in Grades 4–8 designed to help young people better understand themselves, their friendships, and the choices they make.
This session will focus on Friendships, Choices & Your WHY Filter and help students explore how the people around them can shape the way they think and make decisions.
During the workshop, students will have an opportunity to:
- 💙 Understand how friendships can influence thoughts, behaviors, and choices
- 🧭 Learn how to make choices that reflect their values
- 🧠 Build self-awareness, confidence, and a healthy mindset
- 💡 Discover how their personal “WHY” can help guide their decisions
- 🌱 Develop tools they can use when navigating friendships and everyday situations
Our goal is to create a safe, positive, and engaging space where students can connect, reflect, have fun, and gain practical tools they can carry with them beyond the workshop.
