The Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation (MDFF) exists to increase the quality of life and independence of people living with muscular dystrophy and neuromuscular disease. We strive to do this through advocacy, education, financial assistance and by providing life-changing resources that support greater mobility and independence. In addition to serving individuals, our organization also strives to empower the caregivers and families of our community.
