<H3><EM><STRONG>How long are the tours?</STRONG> </EM>The tours average about 20-25 minutes. There are 2-3 tours within each time slot. Upon check-in, you will be assigned a group number. Groups typically enter the haunt every 10 minutes.</H3>
<H3><STRONG><EM>Is there an age limit?</EM> </STRONG>Yes!<STRONG> </STRONG>Mayhem Mansion is designed for ages 8 and up. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Not recommended for children under 8. Some frights or scenes may be too scary for more sensitive children and adults.</H3>
<H3><EM><STRONG>Is it scary? </STRONG></EM><SPAN></SPAN>At times, yes. This experience may be too intense for some. It is dimly lit and there are intense scenes and jump scares.</H3>
<H3><EM><STRONG><STRONG><EM>Can my group all go together on the same tour? </EM></STRONG></STRONG></EM>We will do our best to ensure that your group is on the same tour. Please let us know in advance if you have a large group and are waiting on anyone.</H3>
<H3><EM><STRONG><STRONG><EM>Do I need m</EM></STRONG></STRONG></EM><EM><STRONG><STRONG><EM>y ticket to get into the event?</EM> </STRONG></STRONG></EM>Yes! Please present either your printed ticket or digital proof of purchase, at the door. </H3>
<H3><EM><STRONG>Will tickets be available at the door? </STRONG></EM><SPAN>A limited amount of higher priced tickets may be available for purchase each night. Ticket buyers will be placed in the next available tour. There may be a short wait as we cannot exceed 20 guests per tour. We will do our best to inform the public if we sell out.</SPAN></H3>
<H3><EM><STRONG>Are there any stairs? </STRONG></EM>Yes. There are about 20 steps to get into the House. Once inside, the tour will ascend, then descend, a full flight. Please inform the host if you need assistance.</H3>
<H3><EM><STRONG>Is the venue ADA compliant/wheelchair accessible?</STRONG></EM><SPAN> <SPAN>Yes. <SPAN>The Ballroom (Spookeasy) is wheelchair accessible plus we have an elevator to transport anyone that cannot manage the stairs.</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></H3>
<H3><EM><STRONG>What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? </STRONG></EM>Unfortunately, we do not have public parking. We are located 1-2 blocks from Muni stops. The closest stops are at Jackson and Van Ness (47, 49,) and Franklin and Clay or Sacramento (1). <SPAN>I</SPAN><SPAN>f you drive, t</SPAN><SPAN>here are parking garages near Jackson and Polk.</SPAN></H3>
<H3><EM><STRONG>Do I need an ID to drink alcohol?</STRONG> </EM>Alcohol will <STRONG>not</STRONG> be served to anyone under 21. You will be asked to show your ID.</H3>
<H3><STRONG><EM>What is the refund policy?</EM></STRONG> Refunds will NOT be issued within 24 hours of the event start time, after <SPAN>the event date has passed or </SPAN>for any missed day or time due to transportation problems, illness, weather, shark attack or any other circumstances beyond our control, or ability to verify.</H3>
<H3><STRONG><EM>May I wear a costume? </EM></STRONG>Yes, you may, but we might ask you to remove your mask or set aside a prop. Please, no large backpacks, purses or shoulder bags. There will be a bag check available.</H3>

Online Advance Ticket sales have now ended. However, we will be selling a limited number of General Admission ($20-$25) tickets at the door each night. We will try our best to accommodate any walk-ups until 10:30pm.
