Come meet other Catholic Singles at our "rotational" dinner. Mingling will be maximized by people rotating to different tables 3 times.

SCHEDULE
5:00 pm Come to the Del Mar Room, get your name tag, and introduce yourselves to others. Icebreaker activity.
5:15 pm Grace before meal. Rotational dinner where people will rotate to different tables approximately around 5:50 pm and 6:20 pm.
7:00 pm Dinner ends

MENU

Taco Buffet
mesquite-grilled chicken and steak served with shredded cabbage mix, pico de gallo, jack cheese, sour cream, fresh handmade tortillas, cilantro-pasilla green rice, refried black beans, and romaine salad with creamy cilantro-pepita dressing, sweet corn cake with honey butter, and chips and salsa

Beverages: soft drinks, lemonade, iced tea or coffee

DRESS CODE: Smart Casual; You may wear a Star Wars t-shirt
Examples for men: polo or collared dress shirt, khaki pants or dress slacks
Examples for women: stylish dress, or dressy top and skirt, dressy pant outfits

Celeste is a True Love Coach and Director of Events for Catholic Singles Network. After realizing her struggles in dating served a higher purpose, she traded her career in education and librarianship to be a True Love Coach and Director of Events with Catholic Singles Network. She has worked as a teacher and librarian for students from preschoolers all the way up to college age students, and is now blessed to help Catholic singles connect with each other through her mixer parties and experiences that are transformational in nature. She helps guide single people to leverage their faith in God, increase their confidence in dating, and follow a clear pathway that will lead them to attract their perfect love match.

Celeste is a Certified Relationship Workshop Facilitator, has a Certificate in Bible Study Leadership, a Master’s in Library and Information Science, and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. She likes to hike and travel with her husband and lifetime dance partner of 13 years. She is a life-long learning and desires for you to sing the song of your heart.
