Introducing our newest location for group classes, Groove Theory Fitness in Maplewood, NJ. This beautiful facility will open its doors in January 2024, and NJ Salsa is excited to be providing our progressive salsa program designed to get participants ready to hit any dance floor. In this program, we'll be sharing the basics and fundamentals of salsa to lay a solid foundation for social dancing. The program is progressive so every week we"ll build on the material from the previous week.
