Join us for an Anthus pumping course led by a lactation counselor and speech pathologist from Lekker Speech & Feeding Therapy!

This class is for any mama looking for more information on pumping. Whether you want to pump to build up enough milk to last you a day, exclusively pump, or learn about pumping for returning to work, this class is for you! Babies under 6 months are welcome! PLEASE BRING YOUR PUMP AND FLANGES! This event is for women ONLY as we will offer flange sizing with the class. We will discuss: - Flange Sizing (and fit you!), Pump Settings (for your specific pump)- Different types of breast pumps and pump parts- How to store pumped or expressed milk- How to clean your pump - Tips for introducing a bottle and how much milk to leave with childcare- Tips for pumping at work or on the go We can’t wait to meet you mama &amp; support you on your pumping journey! Come with questions - this class is casual and all about your needs. We will have time to chat throughout the class and/or at the end!
