Join the Jefferson County Marine Resources Committee weeding and refreshing 3 rain gardens all in the same vicinity. Volunteers will help to remove weeds and cut back overgrowth to ensure rain gardens are in good shape for collecting and treating stormwater. Meet up location is at the corner of Franklin and Adams Streets in Port Townsend.
Gardening gloves and equipment will also be provided, though if you have a favorite pair of gloves and/or tools for weeding, please consider bringing them.
