Get a jumpstart on your day at Fit City.

Start where you are and ramp up your fitness with a month of balance and strength training using the kinesis wall as well as free weights, boot camp style techniques, mobility exercises and more. This session requires a month commitment to a weekly recurring group training session. The consistent group setting will allow you to encourage and be encouraged by your peers while allowing the instructor to better tailor movements to meet your specific needs. This training is a by request men-only session designed with male fitness in mind.

3 or more participants are required for this session. Session caps at 8 participants.

Wednesday only - $75
Monday and Wednesday - $120

Difficulty level: Variable (adjusts to meet you at your ability level and grow from there)

You will need: Comfortable workout clothes, shoes, and a water container, yoga mat (if you have one)

What do I need to wear?

Comfortable clothes that allow movement in a variety of ways, including hands on the ground. Please wear comfortable fitness shoes.

I have a specific injury or hardware. Can I still participate?

Yes, Julie has education and over12 years of experience working with special conditions. Please make these details known to your trainer at your earliest convenience. Certain conditions, recently post-op clients, and clients undergoing treatment such as chemotherapy may require a doctor’s release.

What do I need to eat before class?

The most important thing you can do is hydrate effectively. This begins the day before. As for breakfast, a light protein-packed meal or snack is preferable. Please don’t come with an empty stomach or unstable blood sugar, and please do not come over full.
