May Intention Setting Session (In Person)

The name May comes from Maia, the Roman goddess of growth.

Nature reminds us that growth is a process - we plant seeds in spring and give flowers time to bloom, with intention setting we can do the same for ourselves.

Take this time to care for your mind, body, and spirit by sitting down in community to set your intentions for the month ahead.

Together, we’ll explore prompts that guide you in clarifying your intentions to create a month that is meaningful to you.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner of mindfulness and spirituality, or just looking for a fresh start, this session offers a calm space to gather, reflect, and create.


What to Expect:

  • A guided meditation or breathwork
  • Reflective journaling prompts
  • Space to connect and share
  • Rituals + tools to stay focused


What to Bring:

  • A pen + paper
  • An open mind
  • Something to sit on*

*Weather permiting we will sit in the grass. If it's raining we will sit inside the bandstand (concrete floor). I would recommend bringing a blanket, yoga mat, some type of beach chair, or whatever is going to be most comfortable for you.

A Few Things to Note:

In the spirit of growth it’s important that we show up fully - for ourselves and our fellow participants. Please arrive on time and prepare to stay for the full session to avoid disruptions.

My intention is to create a comfortable, interactive space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. You’re not obligated to speak or share but out of respect for those that do, I believe it’s important for all participants to be fully present.

Come as you are in sweats, dressed up, whatever is most comfortable for you.

If you've never particpicated in something like this before, this is a great opportunity to step outside your comfort zone in a safe and supportive space.
