May Depth Writing Pod – Meet With Your Deep

Online, Monday May 19th, 7pm-8pm London Time

Depth writing is a processed-focused practice grounded in Jungian psychology, creative writing & journaling for transformational growth aimed at facilitating creativity & deepening self-discovery.

The monthly themed depth writing pods are for writers, creative practitioners, seekers, thinkers & inner explorers who are on a journey of self-discovery and are comfortable with diving deeper.

The theme of the May pod is ‘Magic’

This 60-minute pod will be chance to press pause on the busyness of life and have time for yourself just to write in a structured online space. It will include two guided depth writing prompts & dedicated writing slots of approximately 15 minutes each. You’ll be invited to interpret the prompts any way you wish and take from them what you need.

Community Guidelines

• Take responsibilty for experience by working with the material at a level that feels right for you
• Avoid over-disclosing any personal matter that is particularly private or painful
• Consider seeking outside support if anything particularly difficult comes up
• Practice CARE - Confidentiality, Attention, Respect & Empathy - with others
• Go in peace if the space is not serving you

About Dr Rachel

I'm an independent write & creative guide with a PhD in Creative Writing & Jungian psychology and twenty years teaching experience as a lecturer in Higher Education. I run a programme of depth writing workshops, courses & retreats, serve on the Editorial Team of the London Arts-Based Research Centre, am Co-Editor of forthcoming Routledge publication The Creative Psyche: Between Spirit & Matter and love to dive deep.
