PRESENTATION: Write Your Way to Clarity: Reconnect, Reflect, and Begin Again

Take a midday pause for reconnection and clarity at this month’s Lunch & Learn, hosted by NAWBO Richmond member Dr. Adina Silvestri, founder of Life Cycles Counseling.

In this interactive workshop, Write Your Way to Your Future Self, you’ll explore expressive writing as a tool to access your inner voice, process emotional overwhelm, and reconnect with the parts of yourself hidden beneath burnout, people-pleasing, or perfectionism. Through guided journaling and storytelling, you'll uncover clarity, compassion, and the first pages of your next chapter.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, craving deeper alignment, or seeking a softer path forward—this is a moment to pause, reflect, and begin again.

ABOUT OUR HOST

Dr. Adina Silvestri is a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified clinical hypnotherapist, and certified brainspotting practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma recovery, addiction (especially with women), and anger healing. She’s also the author of Writing Through Grief and Loss: An IFS Journal for Healing.

Known for her warm, intuitive, and just-a-little-rebellious approach, Adina combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), hypnotherapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy to help clients feel better—faster.
