Gluten Free Pasta ClassHand Cut Pappardelle Pasta served with a Cashew Creamy Mushroom and Leek Sauce

This is a wonderful Spring Time Dish. To be totally honest, if you didn't know this was a gluten free dish with cashew cream sauce. You would never know it. The flavors are pure perfection!

We will be making a Cashew Cream to go with an assortment of Mushrooms and Sauteed Leeks.

I will have a mixed green salad for you while you're waiting for your pasta to cook.

This is a BYOB so grab some friends and enjoy this amazing meal.
