BEFORE attending class, you MUST ALSO visit https://pesticideexam.ifas.ufl.edu and obtain an exam voucher for the Limited Lawn and Ornamental exam. You do not need to Schedule Examination, just Apply for Examination. On the FDACS website, select the first picture that says Chapter 482. Print the voucher and bring to the class. A valid, government issued photo ID (Florida Driver's License or government ID) is required to take the exam.

Limited Lawn & Ornamental:
A license is necessary for each employee on private property (in house maintenance crews) and employees of government agencies who make pesticide applications to the turf and ornamental areas of the property.
A legal photo ID is required to attend this class. Tests offered following the review.
EXAMS ARE ADMINISTERED ONLY WITH A PREPAID VOUCHER FROM FDACS
