Updated COVID Guidelines:
As of May 16th, 2021, according to our state and city government officials, vaccinated people are no longer required to wear masks and non-vaccinated people are also not required to wear masks but are encouraged to. This means that parents can choose whether or not their children will wear masks while attending Hope's Kids Minsitry. We will require our adult volunteers, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask while they are officially on duty in Hope's Kids Ministry.
We trust that you will seek the Lord's personal guidance for you and your family regarding joining us on Sunday morning.
Safety Guidelines:
- Health Screenings- will be done for all kids upon arrival, including temperature check. Child must have a temperatue lower than 100.0 to attend.
- Masks- are not required but are recommended for non-vaccinated people
- Washing Hands- When kids are dismissed from the sanctuary, our teachers will take them to the kids wing where everyone will wash hands right away.
- Cleaning- Our volunteers will do extra cleaning and sanitizing after the classroom and bathrooms have been used
- Illness Policy- If anyone in your household has any symptoms of illness or has been around anyone with COVID-19, please do not come to in-person Kids Ministry.
Age Groups and Drop Off Times:
Nursery- ages 2 and under. Drop off begins at 8:45. Be sure to check your child in the back of the sanctuary which includes the health screening and name tag. Drop your child off any time starting at 8:45 and pick them up after the service.
Sunday School- ages 3 and up. Once kids are checked-in (health screening & name tag) they will stay with parents in the sanctuary for the first portion of the service. When kids are dismissed from the sanctuary, they will walk with their teachers to the classroom and will be brought back to their parents near the end of the service.
